When inbound email is unavailable, nothing requires administrator intervention: use quick add or upload the chosen receipt. Failed extraction becomes a confirmation flow rather than losing the source.
Private inbound email forwarding is not yet enabled on the production service. Manual quick add and receipt/document upload are the active MVP inputs today. This status is stated explicitly to avoid promising an unavailable integration.
